By accepting this, and purchasing your kit, you adhere to and understand the following:

 

Zoom Bag Magic Mushroom Grow Kits are for research purposes only. Zoom Bag Magic Mushroom Grow Kits are not intended for human consumption or recreational purposes.

You must be 19+ years of age to purchase a ZoomBag Magic Mushroom Grow Kit. When you accept these terms and purchase your ZooBag Grow kit you are confirming that you are 19+ years of age. Any user that appears to be or is under this age will be refunded and prohibited from using our services. 

 

Human error happens... if your kit perishes due to negligence, not setting up the kit right away, lack of sterile technique, or not following the instructions properly unfortunately we cant offer you a replacement kit or refund. If you think there is another issue with your kit, that is not your fault, such as a contamination upon delivery, damaged kit, missing items, etc. please present your case to us with a picture in timely manner, and we will do our best to fix the issue and/or send you replacement items. Please use the kit right away as it is perishable and could perish if you wait too long. This is not our responsibility to refund, or replace if this happens.

 

We mention the average yield our kits produce, but do NOT guarantee any specific yield. There are many variables that could decrease or increase your yield, which we have no control over, therefore we cannot guarantee any specific yield. Follow instructions carefully and you will have a successful harvest. All kits are ready to grow mushrooms and should be used within 2 days of receiving them!
