Refunds:

We offer refunds within the first 6 hours of purchase. As a small business with limited resources and immediate order processing, this is the only refund window. Customers from countries where we cannot ship will be notified and refunded within 7 business days.
Replacements:

We replace grow kits if they arrive damaged, contaminated, or non-viable. To qualify for this guarantee, choose express post shipping during checkout as our perishable kits need refrigeration within 2 or 3 days of leaving our facility. While the chances of damage during slower shipping are low, we recommend a transit time of no more than 4 days, particularly for destinations far from Vancouver.
Shipping Guarantee Submission:

To apply for a replacement, visit our Shipping Guarantee Submission page and upload detailed, high-resolution pictures of the kit. Please refrain from cutting open the bag for eligibility. Refrigerate the kit until we assess the situation and provide information about a free replacement.
14g Yield Warranty:

We stand behind our customers' success and offer a warranty on the yield. Although our kits can produce upwards of 4 to 5 and even 6 ounces of dry mushrooms, some people just don't have them best luck, or unintentionally neglect their kit. If you fail to obtain at least 14 grams of dried mushrooms (retail value $70-$100), we will provide you with another grow kit at our cost. Qualify for the warranty by submitting weekly progress pictures of the kit, alongside the date, on the grow kit warranty form page. This ensures transparency and discourages abuse of the system.
Discreet Packaging:

Rest assured, our shipping packaging is discreet and plain brown. It contains no mention of magic mushrooms or our brand. Despite our grow kits being legal, we understand concerns about online orders. Domestic shipments within Canada are not subject to searches, ensuring your privacy.
Discount Codes:

We do not accept discount codes from apps scouring the internet. Unauthorized use of such codes results in losses for our break-even business. If misused, we may ask for the remaining payment or offer a refund, impacting our busy workdays. Please be aware that we do not offer free shipping unless you have received a specific code from our staff.
Loyalty Reward Points Policy:

Our rewards program is subject to change at any time. We may alter the minimum spend to redeem rewards or adjust the amount you can redeem. Additionally, we may pause the program. As a small business, we occasionally need to adapt the structure to ensure profitability. We appreciate your support and understanding during this learning and growth phase.
Countries Served:

We ship our products from Canada to Canada via Canada Post. For the USA and most other countries, we can only ship grow kits and spores, not dry mushroom products or any other items. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the legality of grow kits and spores in their area.
Shipping Schedule & Info:

We typically ship on Fridays, but during slow office days, we may ship on other weekdays, offering next-day shipping. However, please expect shipping on Fridays as our standard schedule. If you opt for express post, delivery will be the following Monday after the weekend. Note that grow kit orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship, as they are ready to fruit done for you kits, they require roughly 10 weeks of cultivation before being ready to ship. (Made in small batches spaced 2 weeks apart.) You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number when your order is about to be shipped. Please check your junk folder as well.
